After the initial meeting and understanding your vision, I will carefully photograph and measure the spaces you want to renovate.
Preliminary designs and sketches during the concept phase will give you a visual idea of what your future interior might look like.
Once the concept is approved, I focus on the details. I complete the layout, propose the optimal shapes and materials for furniture and other equipment, and prepare a detailed visualization. In other words, I introduce you to the design plan of your interior.
I'll ensure that you have all the necessary documentation in order. I will prepare detailed technical drawings as well as informational and implementation outputs for the project.
Would you like to have your renovation/reconstruction with minimal worries? Absolutely. I will have your back throughout the entire process. This includes regular inspections and collaboration, involving communication and coordination with professionals such as designers, construction contractors, and craftsmen. My professional supervision ensures that all work proceeds according to plan. Additionally, I will monitor the approved design intent, address any issues, sample materials, and provide necessary consultations throughout the collaboration according to individual needs.
This is the fun and highly creative part, involving the installation of individual furniture pieces, equipment, and decorations according to the design plan.
Before you finally take the key in hand, I will do one last walkthrough of the space, thoroughly check everything, and resolve any minor issues.

Steps 1 through 4 pertain to the design phases, during which I will create a design concept tailored to your vision and possibilities. The actual execution will then be entirely under your control.
Steps 1 through 7 are intended for those who prefer a full designer service, where we will actively collaborate, and I will also participate in the actual implementation according to our individual agreement.

This stage constitutes approximately 20% of the total budget. The processing time is 1 to 2 weeks or according to individual requirements. It includes a conceptual study, color scheme, material selection, and examples of proposed furniture and other interior accessories.
2. Floor Plan and Project Presentation
This stage constitutes approximately 40% of the total budget. The processing time is 2 to 3 weeks or according to individual requirements. It includes the final floor plan, 3D interior model, sectional views, project presentations, and the development of proposed modifications.
3. Visualization
This stage constitutes approximately 40% of the total budget. The processing time is 2 to 3 weeks or according to individual requirements. It includes the final 3D visualization, lighting plan, electrical plan, furniture drawings, and the development of proposed modifications.
Interior execution is billed from 600 CZK per hour, depending on complexity. The cost may also increase due to travel expenses, which are 8 CZK per kilometer for distances over 30 km from Prague.
